Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on patient activity, typically 1–4 messages per recipient per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.
No third-party sharing of SMS opt-in data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information disclosed in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties, except subprocessors strictly required to deliver the messaging service (Telnyx as our SMS carrier; Resend as our email provider; AWS for storage; Vercel for hosting; Supabase for the database).
How to opt out. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPT OUT, or REVOKE to any message. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days; STOP keywords are honored immediately.
